At Substrate Motorsports, we take pride in delivering your parts and products quickly and securely. Below is our standard shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom 3D-printed items or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, typically 3–7 business days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Custom & Oversized Items

  • Larger items like wrap rolls, tint kits, or bulky components may require additional handling or freight shipping.

  • If extra charges apply, we’ll reach out to confirm before shipment.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Substrate Motorsports is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Contact us for support—we’ll do what we can to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
