At Substrate Motorsports, we take pride in delivering your parts and products quickly and securely. Below is our standard shipping policy:
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom 3D-printed items or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, typically 3–7 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Custom & Oversized Items

Larger items like wrap rolls, tint kits, or bulky components may require additional handling or freight shipping.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Substrate Motorsports is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.
