Substrate Motorsports Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned parts and materials.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom 3D-Printed items

  • Tint, wrap, and PPF materials that have been cut or unrolled

  • Used or installed parts

  • Special order or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
